With VIVACOM International Roaming service you can share your exciting moments across any border. Now VIVACOM gets you talking, sending and receiving SMS, or using other mobile services when traveling abroad.
Do you have roaming activated on your number? If the answer is no, please contact Customer Service at 087 123 (+35987123) to request. With VIVACOM you will be only charged for the services you have used, depending on the charging rules of the visited network. When someone calls you, you will be charged according to the zone you are in at that time; receiving SMS's however is free of charge.
Important: In order to avoid unexpected high bills bills for mobile data usage in Roaming, please check in the settings menu of your phone if this option is off. If you decide to leave/turn it on, we advise you to attach a data bolt-on with Data for use in Roaming!
Dear customers VIVACOM sets the prices for roaming within the European Union (EU) under Regulation № 544/2009 of the European Parliament and Council. In this context, from 01.07.2010 VIVACOM reduced again the prices of incoming and outgoing calls to their customers who are in roaming within the EU. The change is in fully consistent with current regulations for provisioning of mobile roaming services in the territory of countries - members of EU. For more information click HERE
Automatic - when your mobile phone is allowed to choose a network based on different networks coverage, signal strength etc.
Manual - when you are able to check the list of available networks and choose the one you wish to be served by
IMPORTANT: When you wish to call or SMS to people of your home network you must add the country code (+359 for Bulgaria) and area code.
Please be informed that the accumulated usage in roaming can be reflected to your current usage or due amount with delay from few days up to 2 months. The delay can be caused because the foreign mobile operators can send the information about the used services from you at a later stage.
Multimedia messages (MMS) in roaming are charged according to the volume of the MMS and by the price lists of GPRS roaming of the respective mobile operator + the price of the MMS message: to Vivacom and to other national mobile networks - 0,60 BGN/MMS
If you wish to use GPRS roamingRead here, you have to check in advance (e.g. via the Call Centre or click here to see if GPRS roaming is available in that network provider in that country. Alternatively, when you arrive in the country you can check your handset as most will have a symbol showing GPRS is available.
Calls to value added numbers are charged at the prices provided by VIVACOM roaming partners.
Information about prices of calls to premium rate numbers can be obtained by contacting Customer Service on the used operator or on its website.

PRS abbreviation indicates that the outgoing call is to premuim rate number.
