What is call forward and how do I use it?
Call forward is a functionality which allows you to redirect incoming calls to your voice mail or to another number while you're out of coverage or if you can't or don't want to answer.
To forward incoming calls if you're not answering enter:
*61*number which you forward to# followed by SEND.
To forward incoming calls if you switched off your phone or if you're out of coverage enter:
*62*number which you forward to# followed by SEND.
To forward incoming calls if you're busy enter:
*67*number which you forward to# followed by SEND.
To forward incoming calls unconditionally enter:
*21*number which you forward to# followed by SEND.
To cancel all call forwards enter:
##002# followed by SEND.
