Pavel Pavlov International Athletic Tournament was carried out with the support of VIVACOM in June 2010 at Vassil Levski National Stadium under the patronage of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Bulgaria, Mr. Boyko Borisov. 100 athletes from more than 35 countries took part in the competition.

Pavel Pavlov Athletic Club was organiser of the sports event with the partners being the Sofia Municipality, the Bulgarian Athletics Federation, the Bulgarian Olympic Committee, the European Athletics Association and the Ministry of Physical Education and Sports.

The men''s competitive disciplines were: 100 m, 200 m, 400 m, 3000 m, long jump, triple jump, pole vault, high jump, shot put and javelin. Women contested for the disciplines: 100 m, 200 m, 100 m hurdles, 400 m, 3000 m, high jump, triple jump and long jump. VIVACOM awarded many of the winners and provided surprises for the young spectators of the event
