Mr. Tennenbaum is a co-founder and Senior Managing Partner Emeritus of Tennenbaum Capital Partners, LLC. Prior to founding TCP, Mr. Tennenbaum was a senior Wall Street executive where he managed various departments of a major investment bank, including Investment Banking, Risk Arbitrage and Options. Currently, Mr. Tennenbaum is a member of the Secretary of the Navy Advisory Panel and a recipient of the Department of Defense Distinguished Civilian Service Award. He is a member of the Smithsonian Institution National Board, a Member of the Investment Committee of the Smithsonian Institution, and Founder of the Tennenbaum Marine Observatories Network. He is a member of the Los Angeles Philharmonic Board of Overseers; a member of the UCLA School of Medicine Board of Visitors; and Founder of the Tennenbaum Interdisciplinary Center at the Neuropsychiatric Institute at UCLA and of the Michael E. Tennenbaum Family Endowed Chair in Creativity Research. Additionally, he is a Trustee Emeritus for the Georgia Institute of Technology Foundation, Inc., a member of the Academy of Distinguished Engineering Alumni of Georgia Tech’s College of Engineering and Founder of the Tennenbaum Institute for Enterprise Transformation at the Georgia Tech School of Industrial and Systems Engineering.

Janez Živko is Vice President Finance at United Group and joined the management team in 2015. He has vast experience in large foreign technology and energy companies on management positions. Between 2009 and 2015, he served as CFO and a management board member at Petrol, the leading Slovenian energy company. For over 8 years he held various senior positions at Gorenje Group, Slovenian-based manufacturer of large household appliances. Mr. Živko holds MBA degree from University of Denver, Daniels College of Business, Colorado, USA and BA in Management, from the Western State College of Colorado, USA.

Ms. Boklag has served in a number of strategic positions at United Group since its inception. Before taking over the role of United Group’s VP of Marketing and Media and CEO, Victoriya held several positions in finance and commercial operations and acted as United Group’s VP of Marketing and Media, as well as CEO of SBB, the leading cable operator in Serbia. Ms. Boklag is also a member of the Board of SBB Foundation. She holds a BA degree from the ICU Kiev.

Member of the Managing Board, Chief Executive Officer

Nikolai Andreev is the Chief Executive Officer and member of the Managing board of Vivacom since December, 2021. In this position he takes over the entire operational management of the company. Before joining Vivacom, Nikolai Andreev was the Chief Executive Officer of Nova Broadcasting Group, the leading multi-platform media and tech company in Bulgaria. He joined the company as Chief Financial and Administrative Officer in 2009 and took the helm of the company in 2019. Prior to his work in the Nova Broadcasting Group, he was Chief Financial Officer and Investor’s Relations Director at one of Bulgaria`s biggest bottled water companies, Devin AD. He has worked in various financial positions in Bulgaria and SCE at multinational FMCG company Unilever. Nikolai was also Executive Director and member of the Board of Directors of Ecopack Bulgaria AD, as well as a member of the Board of Directors of Eco-Rom Ambalaje SA Romania. In 2014, he won the EY/Forbes “CFO of the year” award for his overall achievements and contribution to the development of the profession. He holds a Master’s Degree in Finance from the University of National and World Economy in Sofia, Bulgaria.

Member of the Managing Board, Chief Financial Officer

Asen Velikov is the Chief Financial Officer and Member of the Managing Board at Vivacom. Since joining the Company’s financial department in 1999, he played a key role in overseeing the Company’s accounts, upgrading its reporting processes, and implementing IT systems for finance. As Senior Manager for Reporting and later as Director of Controlling, Asen was responsible for the Systems, Applications, and Products (SAP) implementation, customer care services, as well as billing and reporting infrastructure. Asen holds a Masters in International Economic Relations and Bachelors in Accounting and Control from D.A. Tsenov Academy of Economics in Bulgaria, as well as a degree from the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants in London.

Member of the Managing Board, Chief Technical Officer

Ivaylo Bachiyski is a member of the Managing Board and Chief Technical Officer of the company. Previously he has worked for large technology companies such as Alcatel, Ericsson and Cisco, where he was responsible for the business development and the operations with Vivacom, MobilTel and Globul. In the period 2007-2013 he is regional business development manager for Balkans, Russia, Ukraine, Germany and US at Cogent Communications (a global ISP provider). As a representative of the Israeli Audiocodes – a leader in VoIP solutions – he was responsible for their business development in Central and Eastern Europe. Ivaylo Bachiyski has a Master's degree in Communication Engineering from the Technical University - Sofia, and form the Technical University - Darmstadt, Germany. He has specialized in management and resource management in Duke University, USA.

Chief Legal Officer

Ivo Zlatev holds a Law degree from Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski and has over 15 years of professional experience, 11 of which he has spent at Vivacom. He was appointed Chief Legal Officer in 2017 following a successful career that began with an internship program at Vivacom. Before becoming Chief Legal Officer, Ivo had served as Legal Counsel, Senior Legal Counsel and Head of Corporate Law and Property in the Department of Legal issues, Regulation, and Competition.
