YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE:

• Organize and manage procurement process for specific projects of the company''s internal and external customers
• Research and identify suppliers, develop documentation for bids and tenders, and conducting the whole process of vendor selection
• Participate and coordinate negotiations with suppliers, internal and external customers of the company
• Participate in the design and conclusion of contracts for the supply of goods and services
• Prepare regular reports

• Coordinate, develop and maintain the database in SAP and internal procurement tool

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE POSSESSES:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 1+ year relevant procurement operational experience
• SAP experience or any other system in the field of procurement will be considered an advantage
• High level of computer literacy - MS Office
• Good verbal and written English skills
• Prioritisation, planning, control and analytical thinking skills
