Main Tasks:

• Collaborate across all stages of the design process, from initial requirements gathering and user research to wireframing, UI design, user testing, and hand-off for developers.
• Collaborate with product owners to understand business goals and user needs, transforming them into intuitive and user-friendly experiences.
• Deliver simplified and delightful user experience, consistent across all touchpoints.
• Work closely with conversion optimization specialist to explore quantitative data and to gain a deep understanding of user needs and behaviours across diverse customer base.
• Create robust high-fidelity prototypes.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of our design system.
• Supports and mentor teammates on design best practices and processes.
• Co-works in a corporate environment

Basic Requirements:

• 5+ years of working experience in pure Digital UX/UI Design
• Excellent Portfolio of UX/UI design solutions for mobile-first websites
• Strong understanding of design principles, including user-centered design, interaction design, and visual hierarchy
• Strong eye for aesthetics
• Proficiency in Figma and design systems
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles
• Enjoy working collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Clear and effective communication skills in English (written and verbal)
