Technical Account Manager, SDWAN technology - Sofia

Vivacom, a member of United Group, is a leader in providing high-tech telecommunication services of a new generation - mobile and fixed voice services, high speed broadband internet access through fiber optic, copper and satellite infrastructure, data transmission services via the mobile and fixed networks and individual telecommunication solutions tailor-made for the client.

 

We are looking for a highly motivated candidate to join us as Technical Account Manager and be responsible for the sales of SDWAN technology services to business customers.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  • Identify and target potential clients for SDWAN solutions
  • Understand and address customer business requirements
  • Business development of a specific B2B service in SDWAN technologies
  • Collaborate closely with Account Managers to define sales potential and schedule meetings with prospective customers
  • Prepare presentations for customer highlighting SDWAN solutions and their key benefits
  • Present and demonstrate SDWAN products and services to clients
  • Analyze customer needs and create sales opportunities based on them
  • Communicate with clients to build trust and develop long-term partnerships
  • Develop tailored technical solutions that meet client needs, with a strong focus on delivering cloud services
  • Provide feedback to product development teams based on customer insights

 

REQUIREMENTS:

 

  • University degree in Telecommunications and/or IT
  • Strong understanding of SDWAN and Secure SDWAN solutions and services
  • Knowledge and ability to compare different SDWAN solutions and Vendors and propose solution that best fit customer needs
  • Experience in sales will be considered as advantage
  • Excellent English - written and spoken
  • SDWAN certification from Cisco, Fortinet for SDWAN solutions will be an advantage
  • Excellent presentation аnd negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of MS Office (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Project)
  • Skilled at prioritizing, planning and strategic decision-making
  • Ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical teams
